The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) regulates health products under the Health Products Act (Cap. 122D). Importing, supplying, or possessing unregistered health products is an offence — and Singapore enforces it. Registered therapeutic products are legal with a prescription; unregistered “research peptides” are not.

GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide/Ozempic/Wegovy, tirzepatide/Mounjaro) are registered in Singapore and widely prescribed for diabetes and weight management. Peptides like BPC-157, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295, TB-500, and AOD-9604 are not registered for human use in Singapore — they cannot lawfully be imported, sold, or possessed, regardless of intent.

Singapore customs and HSA actively intercept unregistered health products at the border and in postal channels. Community reports describe packages being stopped, confiscated, and in some cases triggering follow-up investigations. There is no reliable “safe” import route for unregistered peptides into Singapore.
